Please review these terms when using the website. Agreements requiring affirmative consent, including agreements for paid services, will be presented separately. Visiting the website or submitting an inquiry does not purchase a service or create a professional advisory relationship.
Educational purpose
The website provides general information about credit reports, consumer rights, debt collection, identity theft, homeownership, budgeting, retirement income, fixed indexed annuities, and related financial decisions.
Website materials are not individualized legal, tax, investment, insurance, credit-repair, or financial advice. Your circumstances, state, agreements, and applicable laws may affect your options. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when you need advice concerning a specific situation.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a credit-services contract, insurance policy, investment-management agreement, attorney-client relationship, or other paid engagement.
The business providing a service must explain its scope, fees, applicable cancellation rights, responsibilities, and required disclosures in a separate agreement where appropriate. These website terms do not replace those documents or statutory consumer protections.
Contact inquiries and marketing choices
Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, credit-report files, identity documents, or other sensitive records through the general contact form.
Submitting Contact Us requests a response to your inquiry using your selected contact method. As described in the Privacy Policy, accepted inquiries are processed by our website, recorded in HubSpot CRM, and sent to our internal notification email through Google’s services. An inquiry receipt confirms acceptance for processing; it does not guarantee an immediate response or successful downstream delivery.
Submitting Contact Us does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Receiving a free guide also does not require marketing consent. Educational marketing follow-ups require the separate optional opt-in, and you may unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing email or by contacting jeff@thebensonagencygrp.com. A marketing opt-out does not prevent a requested guide delivery or a response to your inquiry.
A request for an inquiry response does not, by itself, authorize unrelated promotional text messages or automated marketing calls. Submitting another inquiry does not itself reverse an earlier marketing opt-out.
